Bioanalysis Lab
MTBI2’s Bioanalysis Lab is a collaborative platform that supports high-dimensional multiplex protein and RNA analysis within traumatic brain injury (TBI) studies. Its expertly skilled scientific team, advanced technologies, and data comprehension support yields powerful insights to the pathophysiology and brain function after TBIs.
Our Bioanalysis Lab provides unique technological resources that are often unavailable to individual laboratories due to costs, complexity, novelty, and specialized expertise. Its technological support includes, but is not limited to, ultra-sensitive neurological and neuroinflammation biomarker studies, proteomics, transcriptomics, and novel technology development.
The Bioanalysis Core’s current technological platforms include:
- Microbead based ultra-sensitive biomarker analysis _ SIMOA HD-X Analyzer
- Planar biomarker analysis _ Meso Scale Discovery and SP-X
- Proteomics
- Transcriptomics - nCounter Pro
- Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis and colocalization _ ZetaView Quatt
MTBI2’s Bioanalysis Lab can also assist collaborators with study design and data generation via pathophysiological interpretation with our Informatics Core. The Bioanalysis Lab is particularly interested in collaborating with researchers working on clinical studies or developing technology that will benefit the broader TBI research community.
